M. Abdul Basit, CEO of Berrys International, leads the company’s Pakistan operations with a focus on immigration and corporate law. Renowned for his problem-solving acumen, Basit brings extensive skills, experience, and advanced legal training to address complex client matters, both domestically and at international borders. His areas of expertise encompass immigration law, study abroad consultancy, international law, arbitration, and corporate disputes.
In addition to his impressive legal practice, Basit served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan’s Law Directorate, where he gained further expertise in legal matters of national significance. This role enhanced his strategic and analytical capabilities, further strengthening his resolve to protect and advocate for clients across a spectrum of challenges. A distinguished alumnus of City University of London, Basit further honed his legal knowledge with coursework at the University of Cambridge and additional certifications from HarvardX and ADR ODR International. While based in London, he practiced immigration law and worked alongside senior UK Parliament MPs, including Human Rights advocate Lord Avebury, gaining deep insights into legal systems and advocacy. Outside the legal sphere, Basit has a passion for equestrian and water sports, as well as exploring theology and mysticism.
