Turkey Citizenship by investment Program
The Turkish Citizenship-by-Investment Program remains a standout choice for individuals interested in securing a second citizenship through property investment, offering affordability and ease of process.
Turkey’s unique transcontinental position bridging Europe and Asia has long cemented its role as a center of commerce, culture, and history. As one of the fastest-growing economies globally, Turkey’s dynamic real estate sector has become increasingly attractive to international investors. The Citizenship-by-Investment Program seeks to attract foreign investment, fueling economic growth and providing a streamlined route for investors to acquire Turkish citizenship by purchasing property valued at $400,000 or more.
For those not seeking full citizenship, we also offer a Temporary Residence Investment option starting at a more accessible threshold of $100,000. This option provides investors the flexibility to enjoy temporary residency and experience life in Turkey without the commitment to full citizenship.
Investors opting for citizenship benefit from visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 110 countries, along with health and education benefits equivalent to those enjoyed by Turkish nationals. Additionally, they can extend citizenship to their spouse and children under 18.
Investment Requirements:
- Citizenship: USD $400,000 in real estate
- Temporary Residence: USD $100,000 minimum investment
Benefits of Citizenship:
- Visa-free, visa-on-arrival, or e-visa access to 115 countries
